Aspect Blue’s principals have been cultivating 50 years of hospitality experience including management positions in operations, sales & marketing, training/coaching/consulting, catering & conference services, Guest services and food and beverage.  They are proud members of MPI, FICP, ISAE, WSAE and CalSAE

 

Jeri Schaffner, Principal

Jeri began her hospitality career in 1980.  Her 28 year professional background affords her vast knowledge and obvious commitment. Her integrity, respect for others and her sincere desire to provide exceptional service have all become trademarks.  Jeri had been part of The Coeur d’Alene Resort’s (a 4 star resort located on the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene) management team for nearly 20 years holding several positions with the company including Director of Sales and Director of Catering.  She consistently exceeded her sales goals. She understands that the relationship with both hotels and planners is built on trust and genuine care.  Jeri has high expectations of the hotels she represents.

Kim began her career in hospitality over 22 years ago.  She holds a degree from Washington State University, which was followed by advancing positions in operations, sales and catering positions in both corporate and independent world class hotels, most recently as National Sales Manager of the distinguished Coeur d’Alene Resort.  She has had the opportunity to own a meeting planning company and understands the importance of trusting a hotel to execute a flawless program.   She believes in this industry you must be innovative but never lose touch with the true definition of hospitality.  Throughout her sales career, she consistently exceeded her monthly sales goals and credited those achievements to the genuine relationships that were developed with her clients through the sales process.
