What makes aspectBlue different from other representation firms?

We offer personal, dependable service and you can trust us. We are known for our long term relationships with clients. We are committed to representing independent unique destinations that can provide a memorable group experience.

In addition, we are working for both the hotels we represent AND the meeting planner bringing the two together. We believe in building relationships between the two and we are serving as the bridge!

Our portfolio of independent hotels is large enough to provide a wonderful selection to our meeting planners and it is our priority to know each hotel personally. We feel privileged and confident in recommending each hotel in our collection.

As a meeting planner, how can I submit an RFP and receive proposals?

You can fill out our user friendly on-line RFP and we will disperse to appropriate properties. The hotels will respond directly to you with their proposals. Or, you are welcome to use the link to the individual properties and contact directly.

Is there a fee for meeting planners to utililize aspectBlue?

No! We are a retainer based company. Hotels pay a retainer for us to represent them to you. We are an extension of the individual properties sales team. We believe in working for both parties and assisting planners with finding the RIGHT destination for their programs, not based on commission.
