Description of Meeting Space:
Beaver Creek Lodge, our largest and most breathtaking building, is reminiscent of the grand lodges such as you would find in Yellowstone with timber-frame architecture and massive river rock fireplace. Groups of up to 300 have gathered here in warm months using both inside and surrounding lawn and decks. Up to 150 people can meet here if using theater style set up. Adjacent buidings can be used for groups of 50-100 for breakouts or smaller conferences.
Area surrounding the hotel:
Our quiet valley in the heart of Washington's Cascade Mountain Range offers guests a unique opportunity to explore the natural world, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, horseback riding are right out the door. A short drive is Leavenworth, Washington's Bavarian Village and a top tourist destination with its shops, festivals, international cuisine, world class rock climbing and river rafting.
The unique experience provided by this property:
Our niche is a comfortable, warm, casual environment in which conference participants can relax, take a deep breath amd have more energy to focus on the work they came here to do. Although the main attraction is our spectacular mountain setting and our western lodge atmosphere, taking part in one of our outdoor activities during a conference or retreat makes the Mountain Springs Lodge experience a one-of-a-kind event. We have a story to tell and it's best told on the back of a horse, the seat of a horsedrawn wagon or sleigh or at a viewpoint on a snowmobile excursion. We want our guests to see, feel and smell the landscape of this beautiful valley.
Service standards of this property:
Our employees enjoy delivering service with a personal touch. Many groups and guests come back year after year and our employees enjoy getting to know the uniqueness of each one. The lodge is locally owned by the Newell family whose ancestors homesteaded this valley over 100 years ago. Perhaps for this reason, our service has a familial feel and employees take great pride in what is offered here, whether it is the housekeepers making sure each cabin shines or the snowmobile guide showing off their "backyard." No matter the activity one will find we are a friendly bunch who go out of their way to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Things a guest must experience at this property:
1. Soak in the pristine ambiance of the setting including feeding the giant trout!
2. Participate in an action adventure like horseback riding, sleigh riding or snowmobiling
3. Dine in the Great Blue Heron Dining Room by the magnificent river rock fireplace
